I. Recruitment
a. Qualifications:
i. Roman Catholic, Male, 10-15 years old
ii. Has a good moral character
iii. Parishioner of SRC
iv. Physically and mentally fit to carry out his duties properly
b. Screening and Interview process
i. Screening Process: Physical screening of tattoos, piercing or any unnecessary marks that greatly reflects their personalities, behavior or unwanted affiliations.
ii. Interview Process: Pre-evaluation of the aspiring members, foreseeing their ability, genuine intention and the like that will/might have an impact to the ministry for the coming years.
1. Officers are will be assigned in 2 committees; the screening, interview.
2. Questions to be asked for the interview must be well-planned and the way the questions must be evaluated.
c. Evaluation/ Deliberation of Candidates
i. Applicants will be evaluated as follows:
A – for satisfactory
B- enough to be qualified
C- disqualified (state the reason)
Any aspirant who received evaluation of C on the screening column will be automatically disqualified.
For those who got an evaluation of “C” on any of the interviews, their admission will be upon the discussion by the set of officers (giving set of reasons why they were evaluated as “C”)
d. Requirements: Those who are admitted shall submit the following files for documentation:
Photocopy: *Birth Certificate and Baptismal certificate
*1st communion certificate
*2 2x2 ID picture
**Requirements shall be completed until the next meeting or any day prescribed by the OIC.
The recruitment period will start on the 24th of February. All aspirants will have their first meeting on the day of registration. Parents’ meeting will then be announced for them to be informed of the guidelines and curriculum of the admission of their son/ward.
